About Roxelin Garmendia

Comes from a small town in northern Nicaragua and grew up with her grandmother, a teacher and businesswoman, who instilled in her a passion for education, hard work, and a desire to help others thrive. Her parents emigrated to give her better opportunities, and at 15, arrived in Charlotte with big dreams and a mindset focused on self-improvement. From a young age, she understood that effort, discipline, and preparation are the foundation for transforming any reality. For years, she searched for her purpose until she finally found in real estate something more than just a profession: Roxie found her passion.

Today, her work goes far beyond simply selling houses. She is passionate about educating and guiding families to build stability, invest, and create financial freedom.
